Allie Fraase (she/her) grew up in the Texas Hill Country and moved to New York in 2015. She and her family relocated from Brooklyn to Croton-on-Hudson in 2020. Allie became interested in design from a young age; sketching floor plans and design schemes for a future imagined family starting at twelve years old, and went on to study design in college. Her first hired project was for a friend’s nursery in her early 20’s, and she continued offering her design and styling services part-time while working as an event planner for over a decade.

After she spent five years designing and updating her family’s first home in Texas, they put it on the market to relocate to New York in 2015. She styled the home for the real estate photographer’s shoot, and their home had multiple offers within 24 hours of going on the market. Once her family relocated to Croton-on-Hudson, Allie started offering her design services full-time and opened Cozy AF Homes in 2022.

Allie’s passions as a designer are in helping transform clients’ homes into cozy oases, working as a stylist and consultant to clients preparing their homes to sell, and as a design and color specialist to those seeking a vision for a new-to-them home.
