We are available for hire on new builds, full and partial renovations, as project manager, for color consultations, furniture placement, 3D renderings, vision boards, and more. We support you through every part of the design process, and are here to help relieve your stress and guarantee the process is streamlined and organized. Our remote and in-person solutions include an initial consultation, budget discussion, proposal and contract, timeframes and design boards, professional referrals, color palettes and 3D renderings, sourcing materials, and more. Real Estate Purchases & Sales
We are available for consultations on best steps for preparing your home to sell quickly, or walking through potential residential purchases to share design tips and visuals for creating the perfect home for you. We’re not moving wires or tearing down walls, but we can provide recommendations on visually pleasing color schemes, furniture placement, styling, and more. Plus, we can refer you to the best local professionals to paint, open walls, replace pipes, and more!
On the sales consult front, we can work with currently owned or rented furniture, provide styling and temporary props for photos and open houses, referrals to local professionals for paint touch ups and freshening up, 3D renderings, design boards, and more. Remote Home Design
Not local to Westchester County? No problem! Our remote home design package is perfect for you. We start off with an initial virtual or over the phone consultation, put together a proposal and contract, create design boards and 3D renderings with sourcing links and local referrals, make purchases and connect with local-to-you professionals for installation, painting, wallpaper installation, and more. All we ask of you is to send us the before & after shots once it’s all complete!
Flat Rate, based on project
$500 minimum
Don’t need a full design package? We also offer design boards and 3D renderings for both in person and virtual projects.
